We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Operations to oversee the daily operations of our company. As an integral part of our management team, the Senior Manager- Operations will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all operational aspects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Lead web team through assessment, technical design, development, testing, and launch. The position requires a highly organized mind and the ability to communicate well. Managing people and processes is as important as having a good grasp of web design/development.
***Experience must be a minimum of 10 years
***Job location is Hyderabad and this is a hybrid mode 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage new client website projects from concept to completion.
• Conducts kickoff meetings with internal team and client.
• Communicates with clients effectively and efficiently regarding projects.
• Tracks progress of multiple projects making sure they are on time and within budget.
• Participates in weekly team status meetings.
• Holds regular meetings with the project team and web team.
• Keeps the web team informed of project changes that impact operation and direction.
• Communicates relevant project information to management.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully with the client.
• Effectively conveys our message and approach in both written and verbal communications to clients.
• Ability to work successfully with many types of personalities.
• Take the lead in working with digital teams on introducing breakthrough technology solutions into operations, especially RPA, End to solutions based on AI.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in WordPress development, with a strong understanding of building custom themes, plugins, and functionalities.
• In-depth knowledge of performance and security best practices for WordPress websites.
  • Expert-level understanding and optimization of WordPress Core Web Vitals metrics.
  • Expert-level experience with Google PageSpeed Insights for website performance optimization.
• Mastery of front-end development languages including HTML (Expert Level), CSS (Expert Level), and jQuery (Expert Level).
• Solid understanding of Git version control system (Expert Level).
• Advanced knowledge of Git branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines (Expert Level).
• Expert-level proficiency with the Elementor page builder.
• Proven ability to convert designs from Figma to WordPress using Elementor.
