Role Description:
As a member of the Oak Street Technology team, this candidate will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering on technology programs that aid the organization in change acceleration. Included will be the development of communications strategies for internal functional and organization wide communications. The role will support broader employee and executive communications for the Technology, including executive messages, strategic business updates, technology success stories and people-related communications. This role will also oversee the development of technology related training programs, help to manage events, support efforts to build and develop a stronger team culture, and work with other business units on promoting the use of technology.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage various large programs to support the technology strategy and operating principles for the organization
  • Manage change acceleration program for technology including the development and delivery communications programs that drive business results and cultural connectivity
  • Lead and enhance internal and external training programs and assets as it pertains to technology
  • Manage and maintain key internal communications assets and channels such as the intranet, newsletters, organizational announcements and events
  • Plan and execute town halls, national sales team meetings and senior leadership calls, including developing the content, coordinating with speakers and managing technical logistics
  • Manage internal editorial calendar to ensure a strong pipeline of relevant and timely content
  • Write, edit and maintain quality control of internal communications content, including articles, videos, etc.
  • Support senior leadership with preparing internal presentation materials and messages
  • Advise the business on internal communications
  • Generate ideas and identify key moments in time for creative storytelling opportunities to drive employee engagement
  • Partner with colleagues across the company to ensure strategic alignment and leverage the firm's full resources
  • Identify opportunities to modernize internal communications, make process improvements and drive efficiencies
  • Identify and track key performance metrics to report on results

What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, internal/corporate communications, change management, extensive hands-on writing, editing, and presentation building, in technology services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written) with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
  • Strong decision making skills. Able to make decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborative team player who is self-motivated, resourceful and demonstrates a problem-solving approach
  • Self-starter with desire to improve business processes, workflow, and procedures
  • Possess critical thinking, analytical, and organizational troubleshooting skills
  • Able to effectively build relationships
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment utilizing multiple tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good judgment and ability to deal with sensitive/confidential matters
  • US work authorization
