Job Summary:

The Sr. Marketing Administrator will perform corporate marketing support functions with research, information gathering, simple graphics design, inventory management, data entry and event support. This is a temporary position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate's tasks will include but not limited to:

-Working closely with the product marketing team

-Generating and maintaining marketing documents to the corporate standard.

-Collectingdata and track all ongoing marketing activities, budgets, and marketing inventory.

-Supporting other marketing functions including creatives, event, and collateral when necessary.

Qualifications:

- BA or BS in Marketing or Business

- Proficient in MS Office and creative design

- Technical knowledge in computer or web design is a plus

-Ability ot complete multiple tasks and to follow through on them with limited supervision

-Highliy motivated and self-directed with the ability to work well both independently and proactively with team members

-Excellent commmunication skills and attention to detail

-Strong cross team collaborator
