Ibotta is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate, Events Marketing to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. 

This position is located in Denver, Colorado with the option to work in a remote hybrid capacity. 

By joining us, you will be stepping into an exciting, dynamic role within our budding B2B marketing organization, supporting the coordination of events and client engagement tools that drive B2B demand for the Ibotta sales organization. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our lead generation to drive revenue and nurture the pipeline for our sales organization through exciting trade shows, conferences, and other events.


What you will be doing:

  • Help to implement the year-round schedule of Ibotta’s B2B events

  • Work with the Strategic Events Manager to develop marketing strategies for events based on research of target audiences, previous attendance rates and business needs

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities providing insights and recommendations to senior management 

  • Lead logistics & planning for various sales verticals for all Level 3 Events with support on Level 1-2 Events 

  • Collaborate with B2B design, content and enablement teams to create event deliverables such as promotional ads, registration pages, signage, landing pages, swag, custom gifts, and other collateral

  • Source and work with vendors to order event related supplies while maintaining organized records and tracking expenses 

  • Work with internal stakeholders and prepare them for upcoming events by conducting pre-event briefs, communicating logistics accordingly and conducting post event reporting including but not limited to attendee surveys, ROI analytics, and event debriefs 

  • Oversee hospitality associated with our New Orleans Pelicans sponsorship

  • Lead and manage the Client Gifting platform, event swag inventory & shipping

  • Prepare, scrub, and manage event attendee lists to prepare Revenue Team for event outreach as needed

  • Act proactively and independently to prioritize tasks

  • Travel requirement: 4X per year for major company events

What we are looking for: 

  • 2+ years professional experience in event planning or project management preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing or a related discipline required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with heavy focus on logistics

  • Experienced in lead generation

  • Familiar with Salesforce, Trello and Cvent platforms

  • Remote/hybrid eligible but must be able to travel into the Denver, CO office where required to help with logistics management

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity

  • Base compensation range: $60,000 - $75,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico.
