Alight Solutions, a leading benefits administration and cloud-based HR services provider and is seeking a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record of success in executing marketing automation campaigns.

This role will be responsible for executing and managing lead generation campaigns, maintaining the automation platform, and routing leads to our CRM for Alight Solutions. This role will report to the Sr Manager, Marketing Automation and Operations.

Your role as a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing automation programs to support marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to help design marketing initiatives.

• Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene.

• Build and support live and on-demand webinars and associated automation efforts.

• Design and execute segment strategies to help build audiences for targeted campaigns.

• Work with design and solutions marketing teams to create email and landing page assets based on performance reports of previous/existing campaigns.

• Create and manage the marketing automation system, including template design, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

• Become a "power" user of the tech stack used for demand generation campaigns, including:

• Marketing automation system (experience with Marketo desired; certification is a plus)

• CRM system (experience with Salesforce is a plus)

• Webinar platforms

• Support and act as an ambassador for Alight's global branding guidelines, best practices, and marketing initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Expertise:

• Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Eloqua for at 3+ years.

• Holds a BA or BS degree in marketing, information systems, or related field.

• Demonstrates experience working in corporate or agency environments.

• Possesses the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for complex marketing programs.

• Skilled in managing deadlines, project management, and working independently.

• Embraces a "glass half full" mentality and understands the importance of failing fast for continuous improvement.

• Thrives in a team-oriented environment and actively contributes to influencing other team members.

• Experience and understanding of Application integrations. (API skills are a plus)

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $41,900.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $66,600.00/year (for full-time employees).
