Job Title: Sr. Marketing Coordinator (hybrid)

Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)

Job Overview:

Safe-Guard Products International seeks an organized and proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator for our Marketing and Sales Enablement team. This pivotal role includes managing project workflows from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects at once.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Project Scheduling and Monitoring:
      • Engage in initial discussions to define project scope and requirements.
      • Help set realistic deadlines and determine necessary resources for campaigns.
      • Organize kickoff meetings with relevant team members.
    • Kickoff Call and Brief Review:
      • Clarify project details, deliverables, and timelines.
      • Help address essential questions and confirm project guidelines.
      • Support efforts in summarizing meeting outcomes and coordinate updates.
    • Project Management:
      • Assist with opening projects in Project Management software, assigning team members as necessary.
      • Provide guidance on creating and managing Gantt Chart schedules.
      • Keep the team informed with project snapshots.
    • Monitoring and Reporting:
      • Track project progress, reallocating resources as needed.
      • Ensure tasks move smoothly through all stages.
      • Generate reports to identify process efficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Traffic Management:
      • Assist with weekly status meetings.
      • Coordinate with team and assign tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, project management, or a related role within a marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools, Wrike preferred.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
