Tufin is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to define and execute Tufin's marketing strategy for North America. This role will develop high-performing, holistic marketing programs to drive top of funnel leads and pipeline progression against regional goals and budget. Reporting into the VP of Global Marketing Programs, this position works closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams (Product Marketing, Digital Marketing) to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts in the US and Canada.

Tufin is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to define and execute Tufin's marketing strategy for North America. This role will develop high-performing, holistic marketing programs to drive top of funnel leads and pipeline progression against regional goals and budget. Reporting into the VP of Global Marketing Programs, this position works closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams (Product Marketing, Digital Marketing) to drive new business and expand existing customer accounts in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, measure, and refine marketing programs for North America focused on meeting quarterly qualified lead and pipeline targets
- Identify and execute regional programs including but not limited to: events, webinars, media sponsorships, email campaigns, and channel marketing activities
- Proactively engage with Sales on a regular basis to plan in-territory marketing activities and to optimize the impact of campaigns
- Use data and analytics to continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of programs, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed to optimize spend
- Work with sales and marketing operations to ensure leads are properly entered, routed, nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner
- Manage a quarterly territory budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading B2B marketing programs in cybersecurity or a related field
- Experience developing, executing and tracking creative, integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
- Data-driven and familiar with marketing metrics
- Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (emails, landing pages, invitations)
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to support go-to-market plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- "Get it done" mentality :-)
- Travel: 25% within North America territory
- Bachelor's degree required; Major in marketing or communications preferred
