Why This Role Matters: The Marketing Operations team is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across Vonage. We lead campaign execution and performance to ensure marketing initiatives are built and executed, while working with campaign owners to understand the business needs and goals to drive pipeline growth within the organization. Through marketing automation, we take data and turn it into actionable campaigns. Weāre seeking a candidate that has a ācan-doā attitude, a problem solver and a keen eye to detail as well as technical proficiency to join our expanding Marketing Operations team. This role will be working within marketing technology on a daily basis to build and execute campaigns across the organization
What You Will Do:Ā
- Deliver the marketing operations requirements for campaigns across field, channel, alliance and demand generation teams (tracking, scoring, program execution, email).Utilize automation technology to automate campaign execution.
- Understand the full lifecycle of campaigns from ideation and execution through to reporting and work with campaign owners to understand goals.
- Work with key stakeholders within the region to understand business needs and work across departments to deliver marketing operations needs for the region.
- Support marketing operations management with enabling teams to utilize marketing technology.
- Understand campaign workload within the region and prioritize work accordingly to ensure delivery of key initiatives.Ā
- Day-to-day management of Pardot including but not limited to automations, engagement programs, reporting, API integrations, lead management.Ā
- Drive and manage email and digital marketing strategies and technology as well as understanding key metrics and reporting.
- Help solve key challenges, such as attribution, lead routing, lead nurture, lead scoring and data quality, ensure leads are distributed to Sales for follow-up, increasing efficiences and conversion rates
- Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including naming conventions, list management, lead flow, completion actions, owners, etc
- Train users, assist in creating and documenting training materials
- Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.
Qualfications:
- Pardot or Salesforce CertificationĀ
- 5+ years admin experience with Pardot & Salesforce
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Proficient in list managementĀ
- Experience creating multi-channel campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/SQLĀ
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy
- Technical proficiency in understanding MarTech integrations using Pardot API
- 5+ years of experience supporting marketing and Sales with a through understanding of lead to revenue processing workflows (required)
