Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst 

Nextiva is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this team member  will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing and sales efforts, specifically focusing on lead quality and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to dissect data, uncover market trends, and provide insights to enhance campaign performance across various channels. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to design, test, and optimize campaigns across various channels. Ensuring we are making positive contacts with our leads. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze marketing performance data and produce regular reports around opportunities to improve. Deliver Ad-Hoc reports for marketing and Business Development leaders.
  • Lead to Sale Optimization: Listening to sales calls and strategizing with sales leadership on improving lead qualification and optimization. 
  • Program Management: Assist with the creation and management of sales and marketing programs to drive growth and improve lead quality and drive solutions. 
  • Data Quality Oversight: Monitor and manage data quality within marketing databases, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 
  • Marketing Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing activities. Educate the marketing team on data privacy best practices.
  • Customer Behavior Analysis: Provide insights into customer behavior, helping marketing teams target the right audience segments effectively. 
  • Market Trend Identification: Identify trends and insights in the market, making actionable recommendations to optimize spend and performance. 
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvements in operational processes, making recommendations for efficiency and scalability. 
  • Marketing Technology: Assist in the management and administration of marketing technology tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, Conversational AI and analytics platforms.  Provide user support and training to marketing team members on marketing tools.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations and analytics. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, analytics, operations, or a similar role. 
  • Expertise in marketing software and tools; experience using Hubspot, SnapEngage, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Generative AI, Power BI or similar tools. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner cross-functionally. 
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
