Sr. Marketing Performance Strategist
Job Description
This contributor will:
- Demonstrate passion for using data and analytics to craft compelling stories about consumer behavior.
- Use advanced technical skills to align marketing technology with internal systems and extract data.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create solutions that link campaign goals with business objectives and create winning growth strategies.
In this role, you will
- Establish and maintain performance measurement strategy, including multi-touch attribution models, to measure and track efficiency and performance across various touchpoints of omni-channel, full-funnel marketing efforts
- Report on, analyze performance of, and drive user insights for all marketing efforts, including but not limited to paid advertising campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, and full funnel customer journeys
- Identify, maintain, and optimize the best marketing technology and analytics tools to streamline our marketing workflow and facilitate our acquisition and retention strategies
- Establish, maintain, and analyze A/B and/or multivariate test strategy across various web properties and marketing efforts, including but not limited to paid advertising campaigns and direct marketing campaigns
- Recommend and help implement ways to increase efficiency and accuracy of customer acquisition, demand generation, and overall profitability of marketing spend
- Identify ways to align and optimize various platforms, systems, data, etc to improve how we execute, achieve, and surpass business goals
- Spearhead the transition of existing manual tasks & processes to optimized, automated tasks & processes
- Keep abreast of digital analytical tools/solutions in the market to inform our learning agenda
Requirements
- 7-9 years marketing analytics and MarTech experience, preferably in online products; financial services experience a plus
- In-depth understanding of the marketing ecosystem and how various components, channels, and tactics work together and impact each other, as well as multi touch attribution models
- Expert knowledge in marketing technology systems and how various platforms can and should connect and interact, including but not limited to various marketing stack/software platforms, analytics/reporting systems (GA & GTM), websites, data warehouses, paid media/advertising platforms, etc.
- Extremely curious disposition and the insatiable need to not only figure out how things work and why they work that way, but to improve the foundation and results
- Impressive problem solving skills, both critical and creative
- Highly organized with a strategic and proactive mindset, constantly thinking three steps ahead
Location and Travel
BCF is headquartered in Belcourt, North Dakota with satellite offices in Greater Minneapolis (Hopkins), Minnesota and Atlanta, Georgia. This position is hybrid and will be based out of the Atlanta office with the expectation of 2 days a week in office. Travel to the other offices may be required from time to time as/if needed. Total travel may flex between 5% and 10% per year.
