The Day-to-Day

• Maintain, update, and grow our existing Twilio Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP) integration.
• Assist stakeholders develop a comprehensive measurement plan and work with web development teams to set up accurate measurement tracking on customer portal pages , marketing pages and transactional cart pages .
• Design data pipelines to supply Segment CDP with data from non client library sources.
• Improve and enable measurement accuracy and customer data activities such as identity resolution, consent management, and data modeling.
• Assist with mining user data using Segment CDP and warehouse sources.
• Improve existing sources, workflows, and integrations while migrating integrations outside of the platform to flow through the Segment CDP.
• Troubleshoot Segment issues with internal and external users.
• Deploy customer-facing privacy compliance, CCPA / GDPR related services.
• Update and maintain the current tags and existing martech integrations.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Twilio Segment CDP experience using various SDKs, Webhooks, and integration sources / destinations such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Facebook, Google Analytics and Intercom
• Segment infrastructure management. Destination Filters, Protocols, Custom Functions, Personas / Engage, Computed Traits, Audiences, Journeys
• NodeJS and / or Python experience

Preferred Experience

• React, Nuxt, Next, or Vue experience
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 experience
• BigQuery or Redshift experience
• Lambda or GCP Cloud Functions experience
