Sr. MDA Systems Engineer - CTEC

We are currently seeking Mid to Senior Level Systems Engineers supporting MDA Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (CTEC) for our location in Huntsville, AL!

In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Collective Test and Evaluation Center (CTEC) by using HWIL Systems of Systems Development, Integration and Testing (HWIL SOS).

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a STEM field and 10+ years of related engineering/system engineering experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience with missile and air defense systems of systems architectures including radars and command and control
• Experience with radar and IR tracking
• Working with high fidelity models and simulations of air and missile defense elements
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals of different experience levels and backgrounds including government and external industry personnel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Experience with modeling and analysis of complex systems
• Proficient in MATLAB or similar analysis tools

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Understanding of MDA Systems Engineering practices and procedures
• Familiarity with UNIX and Linux operating systems
