Sr. Mobile Application Developer

Job Summary:

This role is for a Sr. Mobile Tech Lead with strong React Native and Mobile App Architecture, Design and Development experience.

In this role, the person will carry out application design, development and testing of new flagship applications and also lead technical teams working on mobile, web, and beyond.

The lead will play a crucial role in partnering with product managers, business analysts, developers, testers and other IT team in delivering key mobile apps and features to healthcare consumers and also provides assistance on critical production issues as needed.

This is a hands-on technology lead role and this is not a people management role.

Required Skills:

As an individual contributor, design and develop code for new applications, review code of other developers and ensure best practices are consistently followed.

Lead and mentor technical teams in successfully delivering critical applications.

Should have an solid experience on Mobile development using React Native, Native Android/IOS, Node JS, Backend service development, Java Web Services, Rally and Jenkins

Good track record and demonstrated success in leading mobile app development teams as a tech lead.

Good experience in working in Agile environment

Should have very good communication skills, assertiveness and be a team player.

Above all, the person in this role needs to be extremely proactive, out-of-box thinker and must have passion towards technology
