Sr. Network Engineer

Meriplex is looking for an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to join our strong-growing organization. As a Network Engineer, you will install new systems to improve internal and client communication structures while maintaining the upkeep of existing networks to help business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks.
• Enure that networks are protected from malware and viruses, identifying areas that might be under threat and areas where security can be improved and keeping up to date on ever-changing cyber-threats.
• Install and maintain firewalls to establish and maintain company-wide access policies to the internet.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients as well as Meriplex employees.
• Perform analysis and collecting data to establish the potential for improvements within the communication networks.
• Work with third-party providers to keep the networks running efficiently.

Experience & Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Schedule/Travel - Standard Meriplex business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility to meet deadlines.
