Sr. Network Operations Coordinator

The Senior Network Operations Coordinator serves as the central coordinator for the market assigned to them. They are responsible for balancing the needs of the Client with the needs of the Independent Network of Providers in their market to drive both gross margin and network health and stability. They also serve a key role in ensuring that all providers remain fully credentialed to maximize their availability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Cultivates and maintains strong, positive working relationships with the independent transportation provider network to which they are assigned.
• Develops prospective trips and presents the opportunities to network providers strategically to ensure that:
  • Network resources are used efficiently to ensure gross margin goals are met or exceeded, and;
  • Activity levels for all independent transportation providers in the network are sufficient to make a continued relationship with us viable for them as a business opportunity
• Maintains the strength of their Independent Transportation Provider Network by ensuring that each provider remains certified and eligible to accept jobs.
  • Coordinates the recertification of current network providers.
  • Assists in collecting needed documentation and forwarding it to the designated team member for processing.
• Maintains an active awareness of the state of / usage of the Network, actively identifies opportunities for potential network and revenue growth, and communicate this information timely.
• Completes all documentation and process task associated with billing processing for independent transportation providers
• Ensures accurate trip data input
• Provides backup to the Provider phone line as needed, and assist with issue resolution, rerouting and same-day trip corrections.
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: Starting at $20/hour.
