In this role, your primary work responsibilities include: Management of Denver office operations and providing senior level administrative support to three Sr Leadership Team members.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thurs: 9am - 5pm; Friday: 9am -3pm
Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Administrative support to assigned business units, including managing calendars, preparing materials and agendas for all applicable meetings 24 hours in advance, coordinating team meetings, travel and retreats.
    • Recruiting assistance in Madison, as needed.
    • Greeting visitors/non-Austin based employees and directing them to their respective area
    • Event planning, including meeting space, breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations/catering
    • Maintaining badging requirements, including providing new key cards and maintaining logs.
    • Managing vendors, including janitorial, plant services, office equipment, building management vendors and maintenance staff
    • Additional responsibilities include: IT admin assistance/support and mail intake (picking up and scanning)


Additional Job Skills and Competencies:
