Job Description

Position: Sr. OIPA Configuration Expert

Location: Overland Park, Kansas (Remote Candidates Accepted)

Duration: 6 Months Plus

Technical Skills:

• Senior experience with OIPA core configuration
• Senior experience working in Equisoft Design (or Rules Palette).
• Senior experience testing in OIPA.
• Good understanding of using extension functionality to integrate with enterprise capabilities
• Good understanding of web services use/configuration (File Received, Exposed Computation etc.)
• JavaScript framework experience (React, Angular, Vue.JS, Ember) – good to have
• Understanding of My-Support process with Oracle to drive bug and patch installations. – good to have

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate quick technical learning agility, strong work ethic, strategic thinker
• Expected to demo solutions to team for aiding their understanding of future technical changes.
• Agile scrum team mentoring skills for developers, attention to detail and constructive attitude in code/design reviews
• Comfortable leading teams through change when consuming latest technologies or development practices. Strong soft skills to help bring organizational change.

Program Overview:

• Moving from Cyber Life (40 years old) to OIPA
• On prem implementation, OIPA version – 11.3
• Using Equisoft Design and Extensions, UCT – for data migration
• Completed - Annuity Product implemented – 4500 policies
• In Progress – Universal Life, Term , DI products

Expectations:

• Need an highly experienced resource to help out in speeding up the configuration work.
