As e-TeleQuote continues to grow both in the US and internationally, we're looking for a talented, charismatic Senior Onboarding Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver an exceptional preboarding and onboarding experience for new hires. The Sr. Onboarding TA Specialist drives process improvements to create a distinguished and elegant experience for our new team members. This single agent will be part of a crucial Talent Acquisition team to ensure the success of our global company's onboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates full journey (pre-hire to day 90) of all new hires, on both the agent and corporate/support side
  • Champion for best practices in healthy, happy onboarding for individuals seeking a high-reward role
  • Evaluate and evolve all new-hire communications
  • Concierge to new hires at every critical aspect of the journey: recruitment, offer acceptance, licensing, technology issuance, training, nesting, company immersion, and integration into regional team
  • Catalyst for new corporate onboarding, to include all aspects of business
  • Multi-divisional partner, communicating traction of new hire to internal and external parties
  • Measure and adjust success of key journey points via data, dashboard and other tools
  • Assist in search and hire efforts of corporate job openings


Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in human resources, employee engagement and/or relevant corporate activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with insurance industry and agent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience and satisfaction working in a group and as an autonomous member of a team

Physical Requirements:
  • This is currently a remote position; however, office presence may be required. Special consideration given to candidates who reside in one of the following US site locations: Ft. Lauderdale, Clearwater, or Brooksville, FL; Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix, AZ; or Las Vegas, NV. Our company headquarters is in Clearwater, Florida
  • Ability to lift or move office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
