Our new Sr. Operations Manager will play a role in maximizing our company’s productivity, solving complex process and workflow challenges, joined with the implementation and optimization of processes to enhance teams’ productivity and profitability. 

Would you like to... 

  • Contribute to and support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning 
  • Contribute to the achievement of budgeted growth objectives and profitability by analyzing data and developing and executing plans to mitigate negative impacts
  • Design, implement, and maintain systems and procedures to reflect operational improvements, and to meet financial and performance goals
  • Develop, document, and audit operating procedures, service standards and service expectations 
  • Drive and manage initiatives organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale while accelerating company objectives 

We would like you to have… 

  • 7+ years work experience as Operations Manager or similar role within a creative agency or digital consultancy  
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles that drive a profitable creative agency 
  • Experience analyzing large data sets within BI & database tools, and distilling information into strategic recommendations  
  • Familiarity with CRM and PSA platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities 
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. 
  • Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $120,000/ year 

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
