Fluidraās looking for aĀ Sr. Ops Financial Analyst to join our team at our East Coast Office in Newnan, GA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEĀ
The Sr. Ops Financial Analyst performs the cost accounting function by supporting the business with product costing, analysis of changes to manufacturing, cost savings analysis and freight analysis. This function also will assist operations with in-depth analysis of the business, cost rollup, and partnering with business leaders throughout the organization in solving for increased operational efficiency and KPIs. Additionally, you will:Ā
- Performs Cost Center Variance Analysis (Budget vs. Actual) for Operations Departments and assist with hosting meetings with business leaders to review.
- Perform monthly analysis, accruals and account reconciliations of commissions, royalty, and warranty expenses.
- Performs Analysis related to Warehousing/Distribution and Manufacturing for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Prepare logistics and inventory analytics to improve existing processes and drive EBITDA improvement.
- Review, close, and perform labor variance analysis for completed production jobs to help manage WIP accounts.
- Assist the Operations Finance Manager on the Annual Standard Cost Roll
- Assist the Operations Finance Manager in partnership with Operations Leadership in the Annual Budget Process
- Helps to manage CAPEX Approval Process by partnering with business leaders and reviewing CAPEX Request.
- Assist in tracking cost reduction activities for value improvement initiatives.
- Produces ad hoc reporting as required.
WHAT WE SEEK
Ā
- 4+ years of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, inventory, and operations will be essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency with Excel formulas (pivot tables and V look ups, etc)
- Experience working with Oracle, Hyperion, Epicor and Power Bi is a plus
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with multiple levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
EDUCATION
- Bachelorās Degree in Accounting or Finance
