Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and manage organizational development and talent initiatives including leadership and employee development, career pathing, and professional development programs to support high performing teams.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent and succession planning.
- Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led leadership and professional development courses.
- Partner with department leadership on talent reviews and calibration, individual development plans, assessment feedback and development planning for high potentials.
- Design and build talent and OD solutions that could include facilitator-led workshops, individual and group coaching, and development
- Create and maintain talent management materials, presentations, and communications.
- Measure and evaluate the ROI of programs tied directly to core competency improvement and direct impact to key business metrics.
- Acts as an internal talent ambassador and change agent to facilitate cross-organizational managed moves.
- Provide day-to-day partnership and consult on all talent processes and strategies.
- Actively advocates for internal talent advancement opportunities and promotes talent advancement and succession activities within the businesses as well as educates the organization where needed.
- Runs internal searches and prepares lists of potential internal candidates and initiates discussions with leaders in Talent Reviews.
- Supports managers and HR Business Partners in identifying career and development activities for employees.
- Analyzes Talent data and provides feedback / recommendations on talent challenges and information gained in meetings such as Talent Reviews, HR staff meetings, as well as provide support for future strategies, programs, and talent calibrations.
- Manage communication and tracking for live learning events.
- Work alongside HR partners on specific processes in the areas of performance management, learning and development, career building, leadership, and succession planning.
- Initiate coaching and mentoring programs across the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Prior experience in Organizational Development, Training, and Leadership Development. Specifically, the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process, training and facilitation, leading talent reviews and talent calibrations, potential assessment, implementation of managed move process.
- Previous training facilitation and presentation experience.
- Experience creating PowerPoint, using audio/video to create leadership training content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proven team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field from an accredited College or University.
- At least eight (8) years of progressive talent management, learning and/or organizational development experience.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Physical Requirements
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
