Axogen is hiring for a Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development Partner!

Job Summary of the Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development Partner

The Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development partner is responsible for creating, implementing, and championing a culture of learning at all levels of the organization.

This key position provides consultative services to internal clients on change management, leadership development (coaching, assessment and development planning, team effectiveness, and other talent and learning management processes), organization design, workforce strategy, and other initiatives supporting Axogenic values and culture. This role will also be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs to align Axogen’s workforce with strategic imperatives and initiatives.

Additionally, the Sr. Organization Effectiveness and Talent Development Partner provides strategic leadership by consulting and coaching teams and individuals to help solve complex organizational or Human Resource challenges, using Organizational Development methods, procedures, and tools to implement solutions, and continuously improving strategies.

This role is part of an agile Human Resources team and will be the OD/OE and learning SME on the team working closely with their counterparts to deliver needed solutions to individuals and teams organization-wide.

Requirements of the Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development Partner

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development
  • 4+ years of experience in Organizational Development/Organizational Effectiveness
  • Experience using eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360
  • Experience utilizing and administering learning management system technologies
  • Project management experience
  • Strong organization skills and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to facilitate focus groups and high-profile meetings
  • Ability to conduct classroom and virtual training
  • Ability to build relationships and partner with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Strong problem-solving, creative thinking and demonstrated thought leadership
  • Track record of delivering results
  • Outstanding written, oral and presentation skills

Responsibilities of the Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development Partner

The specific duties of the Sr. Organization Effectiveness & Talent Development Partner include but are not limited to:

  • Evaluates business initiatives to determine the appropriate organizational effectiveness interventions needed to meet organizational goals.
  • Leads key organization effectiveness projects and coordinates others, managing risks and opportunities associated with change, taking steps to mitigate/exploit these to ensure that the program is successfully
  • Continuously improves L&D processes/initiatives based on organizational strategic initiatives, data analysis, and industry best practices
  • Acts as a coach to internal clients, including mid-level leaders
  • Implement organization effectiveness interventions to provide solutions geared towards improving performance and/or supporting cultural
  • Developing and managing procedures for metrics, data analysis methodologies, and leader reporting for Learning and Development and Org Effectiveness initiatives.
  • Acts as a lead for learning and development staff and provides guidance, training, orientation, and peer coaching as required.
  • Leads vendor management activities and develops collaborative working relationships with internal and external clients, resources, and vendors to facilitate the development and implementation of organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and facilitate team-building exercises and workshops; may also teach others how to facilitate these sessions and serve as a coach to them
  • Support performance management initiatives to align with organization goals
  • Facilitation of needs assessment
  • Facilitation/leader of focus groups
  • Designs, develops, and facilitates interactive leadership development training programs
  • Develops, implements, and manages learning processes and solutions to address professional development needs in alignment with the business strategy
  • Designs, develops, and administers impactful and engaging e-learning courses by applying adult learning methodology
  • Works with manager and sales training partners, as well as LMS vendor to enhance the capability of Axcess, Axogen’s Learning Management System
  • Performs administrative tasks such as monitoring costs within budget, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, uploading new employee information into required systems, and coordinating curriculum enrollment
  • As a member of the HR team, may be asked to work on initiatives and projects outside the role’s specific responsibilities, as needed and directed by the supervisor

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary Range
$104,236—$130,925 USD

Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule at some facilities, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. 

Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
