A career that’s the whole package!

At Conga, we’ve built a community where our colleagues can thrive. Here you’ll find opportunities to innovate, support for growth through individual and team development, and an environment where all voices can be heard.

Conga crushes complexity within an increasingly complex world. With our Revenue Lifecycle Management Solution, we transform your unique complexities for order configuration, execution, fulfillment, and contract renewal processes with a single critical insights data model that adapts to ever-changing business requirements and aligns the understanding and efforts of every team.

Our mission: Empower customers to deliver transformational revenue growth by aligning teams, processes, and technology to maximize customer lifetime value.

Our approach is grounded in the Conga Way, a framework for what we stand for and everything we do as an organization — from hiring to decision making and product development. Developed with direct input from our colleagues, the Conga Way is the foundation for our culture.

A quick snapshot…

As Scott Owen, Conga’s VP of Global Partners & Alliances often says, “An enabled partner ecosystem is a powerful partner ecosystem.” As a Sr. Partner Revenue Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our strategic partnerships by developing and implementing effective enablement programs. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, and integrators, to empower them with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and the dynamics of successful partner relationships.

Why it’s a big deal

Conga is expanding its partner community by building elevated partnerships with some of the largest technology and consulting companies in the world. To help them be successful, they need to know how to sell, demo and implement Conga. This is where you come in! We’re looking for a quarterback, so to speak, to build the partner enablement playbook and execute it across

these partners. Each partner is different, but the successful candidate in this position will know how to build once and iterate across the entire partner community as you:

· Design and implement comprehensive training programs to educate partners on our products, services, and solutions.

· Develop training materials, including documentation, presentations, and online resources, to facilitate partner learning and enablement.

· Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to ensure partners are equipped with the latest information and best practices.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Enablement expertise.

· Prior experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related field is essential. This includes a proven track record of developing and implementing successful partner programs demonstrated by at least 5 years in a sales enablement role, 3 of which are in a partner enablement role.

· Extensive experience working with a diverse range of partner types, including global system integrators (GSIs), regional system integrators (RSIs), value-added resellers (VARs), technology hyperscalers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and various other partner categories. Proven ability to tailor enablement strategies to meet the unique needs and dynamics of each partner type, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.

· Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, enterprise software business is a must.

· Proficiency in utilizing various program formats, including playbooks, learning modules, webinars, experiential exercises, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations.

· Experience in measuring activity metrics to gauge success.

· Collaborative approach to providing reporting and analytics to sales leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.

· A metrics-driven approach to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

· Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with partners, both at the strategic and operational levels.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills for delivering training sessions, creating documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

· Proven ability to identify, deliver and prioritize sales-focused enablement needs, covering onboarding, sales methodology, assessments, kick-offs, and ongoing strategies.

Driven and well organized. A hard working, self-starter, you are laser-focused on driving enablement activities and actively engaging with the partner ecosystem. Your unparalleled project management skills allow you to stay connected with the partner network and track progress against established KPIs. You are ambitious and high-energy, and can embrace and navigate a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment, willing to take on challenges – you are never satisfied with the status quo.

Creative and analytical. Taking a creative approach to enablement, you will not only create engaging materials, but you’ll leverage content created by other Conga departments to provide a clear learning path for our partners.

Champion of the Customer. You will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Conga’s market positioning, products and services to help ensure partner efforts and partner programs are aligned with the overall organizational goals and brand.

Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You don’t just engage in collaborative discussions; you regularly initiate them. You easily build business partnerships and can work effectively with all sorts of people across the organization and global partner organizations, including senior and C-level executives.

Passion. You embody Conga’s core values of passion with a purpose, adapt to win, the desire for knowledge, and five-star value.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Proven track record of partner enablement success using multiple channels and methods.

· Curiosity. You’ll need to find the most effective materials and best way to deliver those through partner interviews.

· Project management excellence.

· Natural ability to collaborate and brainstorm.

· Willingness to travel (10% of time).
