Sr. Partner Marketing Manager (Remote/Hybrid in Seattle, LA or Denver)

Summary / Objective
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will develop and execute all partner-facing narratives and collateral, including but not limited to pitch decks, case studies, and thought leadership content. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for articulating B2B value propositions for partnering with Identity Digital's portfolio and will work with our agencies to execute the strategy for future and existing customers.
This role reports to the Director, Registry Marketing.
What You'll Do
- Creates compelling narratives using organizational data, partner feedback, and macro trends to tell our story and influence partners.
- Develops thought leadership concepts for channel partners and target audience segments by leveraging data and seeking out perspectives from company and industry leaders.
- Creates compelling sales enablement collateral and provides insights to account managers and enables teams to drive new partnerships, program and product adoptions, and deeper collaboration.
- Owns B2B content strategy, including segment-based public relations.
- Drives events and partner appreciation programs from strategy to fulfillment.
- Supports channel expansion efforts with segmentation and messaging strategies.
- Leads engagements with agencies, contractors, and internal teams delivering quality work on time and within budget.
- Identifies and creates KPIs for individual and team initiatives that inform leaders and contributors on the performance of collateral and campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to develop project plans, delegate tasks to contributors, and produce high-quality marketing deliverables on strategy and on deadline.
- High attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple priorities with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to source and use data for storytelling, decision-making, and experimentation.
- Experience working with and managing agencies and contractors.
- Proactive, team player with and positive approach to taking on new projects and opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization (when applicable).
Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $93,780 - $150,050, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US Employees (and their spouses, domestic partners and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness and accident insurance. In addition, employees are able to enroll in the company's matching 401(k) retirement plan. Employees will also annually receive 20 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 8 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also have the opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement for qualifying tuition and education-related expenses.
