Role

We are looking for a Senior Paymode-X Pricing Analyst to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH or remote.

As a member of Paymode-X Business Solutions team you are responsible for supporting data driven analysis that drives profitable growth of Paymode-X. A Senior Pricing Analyst evaluates datasets, identifies network matches and categorizes vendors. They work ‘with and for’ the Sales teams providing data driven insights on how Paymode-X is the solution to Pay and Get Paid. Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, accountability for accuracy in validating information, meeting critical deadlines, supporting Pricing Analyst and Sales Teams needs, identifies process improvements to drive efficiency and other necessary services to ensure a high level of data accuracy and customer satisfaction. Individuals are encouraged to think creatively, identify and address nuances, and make routine decisions.

How you’ll contribute:

• Provides Paymode-X Pricing support for Sales teams, Partners and team members.
• Completes Pricing analysis, manages customer data exchange and vendor list management through written and verbal communication with multiple teams.
• Assists in developing, documenting, and training new/modified processes and standards as the business and products evolve.
• Translates complex pricing data into actionable insights for sales teams.
• Develops and leads internal and external trainings and training materials regarding, but not limited to, Paymode-X Pricing, segmentation methodology, operational processes, etc.
• Partners with Paymode-X teams to improve and scale systems and business processes.
• Provides planning and follow-up with external and internal resources.
• In collaboration with the manager, discusses team workload, utilization, and strategy for competitive analysis.
• Supports ad-hoc reporting based on management requests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while balancing multiple priorities.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or analytical software.
• Balance multiple priorities and flexible with changes in priority.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ year of experience in an analyst role.
• College degree in business or other related field.
