Job Summary:

The Senior Payroll Analyst will perform key payroll duties such as auditing payroll for the semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and global payrolls. This also includes resolving payroll tax inquiries, equity workflows, internal and external audits, and custom reporting. The Senior Payroll Analyst's duties include ensuring the integrity of payroll and benefits data while utilizing knowledge of systems and procedures to automate and enhance processes. The selected candidate must have great attention to detail, be self- motivated  and be able to interact professionally with employees, managers and executives. A successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, team-oriented personality, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Review and audit Israel payroll; working with the outside vendor to ensure accuracy of the monthly payroll
  • Assist with processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll as necessary
  • Biweekly and Semimonthly Fidelity Funding
  • Review all equity related payroll information globally - including working with the Equity team for gathering reports related to payroll processing for Restricted Stock Vestings, Qualified and Non-Qualified Stock options, Incentive Stock Options, etc
  • ESPP reporting to include reconciliations within purchase periods
  • Resolve tax notices from all agencies.
  • Audits to ensure accuracy of tax rate changes between each state and ADP
  • Audit vendor tax payments and filings for accuracy and file and remit payment and tax reporting requirements to local tax agencies not managed by vendor
  • Responsible for review and reconciliation of quarterly and annual tax filings and oversight of W2 processing
  • Monitors tax changes and compliance ordinances to stay relevant
  • Coordinating internal and external audits
  • Creates and maintains ad hoc reports
  • Special projects

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience processing multi-state and international payroll
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll related laws 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs
  • Proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow, Google Workspace, ETRADE and Excel
  • Experience with Fidelity PSW and JP Morgan

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$120,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
