Sr. Payroll Coordinator

Are you known for your attention to detail, superb payroll skills? This may be the position for you! The Sr. Payroll Coordinator reports to the Payroll Manager and performs a wide variety of recordkeeping and payroll processing activities, including our subsidiaries payroll runs, labor timesheet adjustments including maintaining labor adjustment database, processing contractor timesheets and staffing agency invoicing activity. Assists in timesheet audits and responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll related inquires. Process and adheres to garnishment orders in making sure proper payroll deductions are taken and creditor payments are processed timely. Calculate and process deployment pay. Handles and processes employee relocation moving reimbursements according to policy.

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience
  
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel, along with knowledge of Windows-based computer programs

Preferred:

• Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential
• Ability to use sound judgement and initiative. Familiar with payroll software

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $24.39 - $33.54
