Sr. People Experience Partner

Job Overview

As Relyance AI’s People Experience Partner, you will wear many hats and play an integral role in the full spectrum of People Operations from culture driving to compliance to onboarding and more! As the first person in the function, you will be influential in the build-out of the People processes and organization. 

As a People Experience Partner, your role will include:

• Being a cultural champion. You will help the leadership team set strategies to build culture as well as own culture-building programs.
• Building and implementing HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle to continue to enhance Relyance AI as a great place to work.
• Using your HR knowledge to ensure Relyance AI’s compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. 
• Optimizing the onboarding process to make it one seamless experience for new joiners. 
• Managing the process of immigration processing.
• Assisting in the building of formal processes around salary bands, performance management, and merit increases. 
• Assisting with building general HR policies and process.

• 7+ years in an HR role partnering with business leaders.
• Creative ideas about building culture for a fully remote team. 
• A deep understanding of US employment law.
• Experience on a People team at a growing startup. 
• A data driven approach to understanding employee engagement and how to optimize it. 
• A deep desire to have an impact on Relyance AI and the landscape of data privacy globally.

• Global experience working with an International PEO.
