Addepar is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a specialized focus on coordinating and driving our growth initiatives in the US. This role will develop marketing strategies to generate new leads, engage prospects, and upsell existing clients!
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $88,000 - $137,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do- Develop revenue marketing programs with a strong emphasis on lead generation and client lifecycle management, ensuring the delivery of targeted messages to the appropriate audience segments at the right time, all geared towards achieving company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the Go-to-Market (GTM), and sales teams to ensure campaign objectives align with key sales objectives, supporting revenue generation and pipeline growth.
- Supply to pipeline and revenue generation targets by defining, tracking, and reporting on program return on investment, customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, campaign activity, and results.
- Owner of the end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns. This includes using various channels such as account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, and digital advertising to improve impact.
- Leverage experimentation, accountability, and results within the marketing team, encouraging innovative ways to drive growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with coordinated marketing and sales to deliver comprehensive and efficient results.
- Apply a data-driven approach to analyze quantitative data and qualitative insights, testing hypotheses and scaling successful strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- 5+ years in marketing strategy, growth or performance marketing, and digital marketing.
- Knowledge in coordinated marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations.
- Resourceful and capable of building frameworks and processes from the ground up to support growth initiatives.
- Experienced in account-based marketing and funnel conversion, with a proven track record to achieve positive results.
- Possess a strong sense of ownership and operational difficulty, ensuring that initiatives are driven with precision and efficiency.
- Experimental, constantly seeking innovative solutions and eager to test and validate to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to influence and lead others efficiently.
- Highly analytical and comfortable investigating into data to improve performance and outcomes when needed.
- Known to work in scaling acquisition engines, such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Deep knowledge of MarTech platforms and their implications, including CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
