This position requires you to be on-site Monday through Thursday in our Los Angeles office with optional WFH on Fridays.
What Youโll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to key internal stakeholders (Product, Rev Ops, Marketing, Data Science) and external vendors to facilitate, manage and prioritize demands that help meet and exceed user acquisition targets & department goals
- Evaluate and propose testing of new solutions using data driven insights
- Drive long term growth of Blitz through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
- Provide requested reporting and optimization recommendations to ensure successful campaign execution
- Manage and operate paid and organic acquisition channels, including SEM, Paid Social, SEO and emerging platforms, against key growth metrics, meeting and exceeding goals for customer acquisition, revenue and efficiency
- Report weekly on performance metrics and spending to Blitz leadership team
- Define Blitz user segments and cohorts, acquiring more users based on set cohorts and designing programs to retain and increase lifetime value
- Identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new acquisition channels.
- Operate seamlessly within in a complex organization across multiple business unitsย

- Willingness and experience in execution with a penchant for getting things implemented, tested and scaled
- Mastery of modern analytics and insight tools
- Big, bold thinking with a track record of developing creative/innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across all levels including senior management
- Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to work with both technical and non-technical teams

- Annual salary range: 90k - 120k USD + bonus
