Position Overview:

The Sr. Platform Integrations Manager is responsible for analyzing operational, programmatic, and other data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This role requires a keen understanding of data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead client discussions effectively. The role will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide insights based on data analysis, and make recommendations for optimizing performance and driving incremental sales.

Primary Objectives:

  1. Support client accounts through a consultative approach, offering practical and technical troubleshooting solutions tailored to their needs
  2. Make operational data actionable for clients with a focus on driving incremental revenue
  3. Provide programmatic sampling guidance, by understanding trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and deliver regular reporting to clients
  4. Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple client integrations and projects

Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)

  • Analyze operational, programmatic, and DIY data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the end-to-end process of API integrations, ensuring seamless connection between internal systems and client platforms
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients on ways to optimize performance and achieve their goals
  • Lead client discussions and presentations, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering/product development, to implement client strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and track performance metrics, ensuring that client goals are met or exceeded
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients
  • Willingness to flex time to be available for client calls

What Success Looks Like:

Success in the role of Sr. Platform Integrations Manager is defined by effectively developing and nurturing client accounts in the Market Research industry by providing tailored support. It involves seamless collaboration with sales leaders in client onboarding, including pre-sales activities, and maintaining a deep understanding of Prodege's internal API and client-specific endpoints. Additionally, success entails expertly consulting clients on programmatic sampling best practices, delivering regular reports to internal stakeholders, and managing multiple API integrations while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The MUST Haves: (ex: skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or computer science.
  • Eight or more (8+) years of programmatic or DIY technical account management experience is required, preferably in the market research industry.
  • Proven experience in account management, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Experience working with dozens of clients to integrate their system programmatically via API.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels, especially technical content.
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in data analysis with tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, Sigma, Metabase, etc.

The Nice to Haves: (preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)

  • Previous programmatic or DIY technical account management experience in the market research industry is preferred.

Pay Transparency

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
