Sr. Premium Auditor (REMOTE)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct a thorough review of premium audits received from vendors or staff auditors for compliance with established guidelines and stated department procedures.
• Communicate any deficiencies with audit work papers to the auditor/vendor responsible and follow up for answers to questions or corrections/revisions to worksheets.
• Communicate deficiencies in the technical and service quality of the vendors or staff auditors work papers to department management.
• Any additional work that is deemed by department management to be pertinent to the Premium Audit function.
• May be required to assist in the training of new employees on Arch systems and procedures.
• Continually monitor inventory in Nexus system in order to complete reviews of audits according to department standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Experience working in a Lean environment preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the premium audit field, either as a reviewer or premium auditor.
