Location: Cincinnati
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days at home weekly
Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Campaign Pricing & Targeting works with advertisers, via their agencies and our sales team, to design point of care advertising campaigns that use available inventory to meet client goals, and price them appropriately.
In this role, you would serve as the key point of contact for our client sales team focused on high revenue and complex accounts and partner internally with cross-functional teams to develop and present brand-specific physician and patient targeting recommendations within the Patient Point network.
This role contributes to profitable growth by providing analytical support for renewals, supporting upsell opportunities, and delivering evidence for increased price realization.
What You’ll Do
- Determine a brand’s program pricing, prepares campaign cost proposals and targets.
- Develops and applies deep expertise in PatientPoint product offerings and pricing approaches
- Ensures proposals are developed in accordance with company pricing standards
- Identifies the right campaign targeting structure and metrics to meet customer and company needs
- Manages inventory availability during the pricing/proposal process and throughout a brand’s contract
- Maintains holistic view on historic pricing data and competitive intensity for client brands across programs
- Queries and analyzes prescription sales data
- Partner with strategy and insights team to inform renewal approach using campaign performance history, brand-specific life cycle factors, and baseline sales trends
What We Need
- 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst, pricing, statistics, or related position
- Advanced Excel experience required including V-lookups, Pivot tables & Charts, and IF functions
- Experience working with large datasets (tens of thousands of records)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pricing, Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics, Healthcare, Business or other related fields
- Knowledge and prior use of Salesforce
- Experience with Pharmaceutical data
- Experience with R and SQL
- Experience with Tableau
