What you will do

Work with Pricing Leader to support PBU's global pricing strategy.

Gather pricing data and translate complex to simple and actionable pricing opportunities, report data to decision-makers.

How you will do it

  • Participate in the transactional pricing and DOA processes; review, analyze and provide recommendations.
  • Support global price book updates, including price setting analysis, updates, reviews and the organization of distribution in accordance to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update price guidance tools.

  • Assist in competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Build working relationships with sale managers, product management, marketing, and customer service.
  • Establish scalable, efficient, user-centric, and automated processes for large scale data analyses to support business processes and decision-making.

Required

  • 5 years' experience in a pricing role.
  • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

  • Willing to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills including innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, workflows, and/or policies.

Preferred

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University degree with a specialization in statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, data science Engineering, or other quantitative related fields.
  • Data Visualization Experience using BI software such as Tableau or PowerBI.

  • Experience conducting quantitative analysis and developing analytical models, dashboards, data visualizations, and decision-making tools.
  • Proficiency across analytical tools-SQL, Advanced Excel modeling etc.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration/B2B industry is an asset.
