Sr. Pricing and Configuration Analyst
Job Description
The Senior Pricing and Configuration Analyst will drive the process around the entry of products/bundles into our business systems and customer documents. This role will collaborate with team members across Amplify to provide project and process management, data support, and documentation.
The role will report to the Sr Director, Deal Desk, and work closely with key partners across the organization, including sales, product, finance, and legal.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Pricing and Configuration Analyst:
- Collaborate with other members of the Deal Desk and Bids teams to complete customer product/pricing documentation for adoption and RFP bids.
- Support the translation of product configurations (including bundles, licenses, and subscriptions) into items in our business systems in a way that supports both internal and external understanding of our products.
- Confirm usability of product configurations in our business systems.
- Process discount approvals in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Account Executives to build pricing documentation for individual opportunities and broader territories.
- Provide support to SVP Deal Desk in the negotiation of strategic/large opportunities, including but not limited to coordinating margin analysis with Finance and generating customer-facing proposal documents that communicate product and pricing value efficiently.
Basic Qualifications of the Sr. Pricing and Configuration Analyst:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 + years of experience on a sales, marketing, and/or operations team
- Experience analyzing data, reporting, and clearly communicating relevant information to team members
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications of the Sr. Pricing and Configuration Analyst:
- Experience getting results with a multi-functional team within the timeline
- Ability to work in a deadline-conscious environment
- Understanding of the K-12 education market
- Experience using Salesforce
- Excellent writer
- Fastidious attention to detail
What we offer: Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
