Job Title: Sr. Pricing Scientists

Job Location: Irvine, California

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $151,694/yr.

Job Duties: Responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met. Translate business questions into research and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop impactful revenue and profit strategies. Design, productionize, and maintain pricing analytics frameworks (such as demand foresting models, constrained pricing optimizations, time series, linear and logistic regression models, and dynamic pricing) to provide scalable pricing actions. Develop and maintains competitive pricing databases designed to monitor changes in the marketplace and their impact on the corporation. Ensure that new code deployments are robust and align with the business requirements and test model improvements. Perform analyses on customer price sensitivity and elasticity. Build automated monitoring and alert systems to ensure production models deliver intended values. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical concepts and models and track outcomes effectively. Work with the marketing, development, and finance functions on setting prices, testing pricing and promotion strategies, and determining go-to-market pricing on new product launches.
