Your Role

Oversees technology development solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, applications, data infrastructure/warehouses and machine learning algorithms and infrastructure (applications for the firm including both internal and external products). Includes maintenance and support of applications. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Plans, designs and develops software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications (e.g., for web or handheld devices) for internal and external products. Codes, tests, debugs and documents program requirements. Collaborates with architects, product managers and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications.

The Experience You Bring:• 10+ years of development experience and stakeholder management• Experience and working with front office trading desk• Charles River (CRD) experience desired• Knowledge of equity and fixed income products• Excellent communication skills and team player in a global team footprint• Recognized as an authority within and outside the Organization in a strategic Area• Requires broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own job family group• Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business• Develops state of the art methods and techniques for obtaining solutions• Participates in the development of the product or business strategy

Knowledge• Requires broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, products, services and/or technologies within a strategic job family• Recognized as an expert within specialty Area, both internally and externally
