Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a metal industry

What a typical day looks like:

• Creation of new PLC program for robotics line
• Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
• Understand the manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes.
• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
• Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
• Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.
• Coordinate startup and installation of new equipment.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Knowledge in metals industries.
• Knowledge in Robot programing, such as: Fanuc, ABB, Nachi, UR, Omron, UR (Universal Robotics), or other related
• Knowledge in PLC Programming
• Advanced English.
• NPI Experience.
• Analytical, Methodical, focused on problem solving.
• Experience in metal stamping (desirable)
• Create plan of Mechanical and electrical maintenance for robotics line
