You will:
Interface with the Product Managers and improve our overall design process
Ensure the quality of our designs
Solve the UX challenges that our product faces today
Implement handoffs between Product, Design, and Engineering
Perform UX research and speaking to customers to gather feedback
Own the design system and ensure its implementation is accurate
Project management of the different design team priorities
Participate in design reviews with multiple stakeholders
5+ years of experience in design and product management, with a portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for design and desire to create delightful user experiences.
Startup experience preferred
