Sr. Product Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do:

• Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver insights using business intelligence platforms like Tableau.

• Define key metrics with stakeholders and closely monitor the impact of releases and product changes.

• Create insightful reports and visualizations to highlight trends and actionable insights for internal users.

• Communicate user activity on our platform to business teams, establishing metrics to identify customer pain points.

• Foster strong relationships within product and support teams to fully understand business needs.

• Ensure appropriate instrumentation and metrics are in place to address fundamental business questions regarding product usage.

• Proactively engage with stakeholders to continuously enhance analytics infrastructure and support informed business decisions.

What you'll need:

• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.

• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift.

• Strong background in creating clear and insightful dashboards/visualizations using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment analysis.

• Experience with clickstream/user interaction data (e.g., Fullstory, Amplitude).

• Knowledge of DBT or other data engineering tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze significant amounts of data.

• Experience in data wrangling and analysis using Python libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Scikit-learn) is a plus.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst.
