Product Manager
The Product Manager job takes ownership of an investment product end to end, in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance and value of the service. This job contributes to the investment leadership and relationship management discussion about the shape and content of the investment product portfolio delivered by the organization. This job manages projects and processes that support the creation and management of product, promotion, communication, distribution strategies and programs designed to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversees profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.
- Develops marketing and training strategies and coordinates with distribution support partners to drive program growth.
- Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts, working closely with portfolio management, legal, accounting, compliance, operations and client servicing teams.
- Reviews governance matters with various investment advisory solution providers and internal committees relating to product development and administration.
- Provides clients with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters.
- Determines cost allocation, cost recovery and pricing plan within the overall context of the pricing model.

- Monitors and evaluates Plan Outcome Assessment (POA) platform functionality, performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
- Leverage Plan Outcome Assessment platform to demonstrate the value of key TIAA initiatives.
- Prototype enhancements to Plan Outcome Assessment platform and work with IT Partners to implement
- Product Development and/or Product Management

- Strategic planning & analysis
- Proficient with SQL (Oracle and Snowflake)
- Proficient in relational database architecture and advanced queries from multiple data sources
- Experience in the Financial Services or Financial Technology (FinTech) sector
- Experience in managing IT releases and working with various IT partner
- Proficiency in JIRA Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay Range: $90,800/yr. - $156,500/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
