Summary / Objective
We're on the hunt for a Sr. Product Manager who brings a wealth of experience in web-based platforms and digital experiences. If you've spent a significant portion of your career collaborating with outsourced agencies and have a solid grasp of SaaS pricing and recurring revenue models, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do
Platform Development & Enhancement

  • Define the roadmap and strategy for our web-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to bring product visions to life.
  • Cultivate and demonstrate an interest and awareness of industry trends and best practices for the development of online applications.


User Experience & Digital Engagement:

  • Champion the user, ensuring that our platforms offer intuitive and memorable digital experiences.
  • Leverage user feedback and data-driven insights to iterate and refine our products.
  • Design action and iterate on A:B test to ensure best possible performance while navigating potential internal confirmation bias.


Outsourced Agency Collaboration:

  • Manage and liaise with external agencies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product vision.
  • Evaluate the deliverables of outsourced agencies, ensuring timely and quality outputs.


Monetization & Pricing Strategy:

  • Utilize your deep understanding of SaaS pricing and recurring revenue models to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to ensure our products remain competitively priced and offer value.
  • Recognize opportunities for further product improvements using modern data science techniques such as, Machine Learning, NLP or Artificial Intelligence.


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Prioritize product features based on ROI, user feedback, and strategic fit.
  • Track key product metrics, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and strategies.


Who You Are / What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with web-based platforms and digital experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working with and managing outsourced agencies.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS pricing strategies and recurring revenue models.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and champion product initiatives from ideation to launch.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Science, or a related field. Master's preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization.
  • Ability to manipulate "big-data" to understand user behavior and design product solutions accordingly.
    • SQL / Python / Java etc.
  • Ability to work with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or Thoughtspot.
  • Experience working with financial models is a plus.


Salary Range
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $181,500, plus benefits as described below. In addition, the successful candidate will be eligible to receive other compensation from time to time in the form of discretionary and/or nondiscretionary bonuses and long-term incentive plan. Actual compensation will be influenced by a candidate's qualifications, internal employee equity considerations, and location. We will not ask for information about a candidate's current or past compensation for purposes of developing an offer of employment.
US Employees (and their spouses, domestic partners, and/or dependent children) are covered by generously subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are also covered by company-paid life and disability insurance and have the option of participating in employee-paid supplemental life, accidental death and dismemberment, critical illness, and accident insurance. In addition, employees are able to enroll in the company's matching 401(k) retirement plan. Employees will also annually receive 20 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, and 8 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also have the opportunity to receive tuition reimbursement for qualifying tuition and education-related expenses.
