Laborie Medical Technologies is currently searching for a Sr. Product Manager of Eclipse to join our operations team near our Minnetonka, MN office.
Position Overview:
The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for fully launching and commercializing the Eclipse System for Bowel Control in the U.S., defining the global product strategy and roadmap, and executing continuation marketing activities for the Eclipse portfolio. With the initial rollout underway, a heavy early focus of this role will be on driving physician and patient awareness activities in collaboration with sales. Strong knowledge of both upstream (product phase gate process) and downstream (commercialization; market development) desired.
How you contribute:
- Manage all aspects of Product Management for the Eclipse portfolio
- Lead continued commercialization of the Eclipse launch and future products, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, development of physician and patient support tools, promotional programs, and monitoring post-launch metrics
- Develop marketing support materials, such as product images, sales aids, economic models, and digital ads to be leveraged by the U.S. and regional teams for both physician and direct-to-patient audiences
- Partner with International Marketing to align on overall global strategy, product messaging, conference strategy, product promotion, and tactical execution. Share best practices across marketing teams, gather customer insights and improve our marketing execution.
- Works with the Regions to have a cohesive Conference/Trade Show plan
- Define the global strategy for the Eclipse product, which encompasses value proposition, product messaging, pricing strategy, etc.
- Work with R&D and Regulatory to develop the product roadmap (new product development and adjacencies) for the Eclipse portfolio
- Works with the educational team to define field and physician training programs
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to assist in awareness activities including educating peer-to-peer, developing portfolio mapping and cadence, and analysis of market trends
- Monitors and analyzes market data as well as competitive intelligence
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree
- Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree required
- Experience working in medical device or pharmaceutical required
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time with a higher amount in the first 3 - 6 months
