Sr. Product Manager

Onsite Work Model of 5 days in office/week

As a Senior Product Manager at Illumio, you play a critical role in defining our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing customer adoption.

You will be responsible for delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations and protect our customers’ investments in the public cloud.

In this role you will iterate on the problems to solve, land the product/market fit, develop detailed product requirements and lead scrum teams with a laser focus on helping Illumio Customers adopt zero trust solutions in their Public Cloud journey.

What You Will Accomplish:

The CloudSecure team delivers zero trust segmentation for the public cloud. The team’s mission is to stop lateral spread of breaches in the public cloud. The CloudSecure team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to extend our depth and breadth of services with deep cloud networking knowledge that integrates with IaC/DevOps processes of our customers.  

You will work with high performing teams to define, collaborate, refine and iteratively deliver services at a very fast pace. You will work with several cloud security experts across the org and external stake holders to improve/launch new services and continually improve our service/product. 

For this role, your passion for IaC, network security, cloud networking and evolving threats will trump a deep understanding of the P&L or marketplace workflows. You will be highly successful if you speak python and enjoy building solutions on one or more of these public cloud providers - AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI. 

You are technically strong with proven analytical capabilities, strong persuasive presentations and writing skills, and the tenacity to develop ideas independently. You will be a team player and work with a beginner’s mind to iterate and work closely with UX Designs, Sales Engineers, Engineers and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop new features in CloudSecure using cutting edge techniques and tools to deliver quick time to value for our customers to drive adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience

• Develop the strategy and tactics that you will use to drive awareness, trial and adoption of the solution

• Focus on the non-functional aspects of the solution including scalability & performance while continually evolving segmentation as new threats emerge

Experience:

• 5 - 8 years experience in delivering SaaS and public cloud security solutions including one or more of the following – protecting public cloud and hybrid workloads to meet security and compliance requirements, Big Data Analytics, DevOps Security tooling, k8s/container security 

• Understand the cloud ecosystem markets, competition, and develop in-depth user requirements. 

• Have prior experience of new product and feature launches, assess product-market fit and iterate quickly. 

• Laser sharp prioritization skills & proven track record of working collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams. 

• Must have prior experience delivering solutions in the DevOps/DevSecOps eco system  

• Must have Experience building network security solutions with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP) / Kubernetes 

• Strong technical skills: bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science/ EE or equivalent 

• Nice to have: Prior Cyber security experience 

Bonus Points:

• Prior DevOps experience will be a definite advantage 

• Experience with Big Data/Data Lake for security use cases (ML/AI), CSPM, CNAPP, Zero Trust

Pay Range:

$ 179,000 USD - $ 215,000 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
