Sr. Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our car wash software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the software industry, preferably with experience in the car wash or automotive service sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our suite of car wash software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technological advancements.
• Create detailed product requirements and work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, release, and post-release activities.
• Analyze product performance and user engagement to inform future product decisions.
• Act as the key product evangelist and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Mentor and support junior product management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience in the software industry, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with car wash or automotive service industry software is a significant plus.
