Sr. Product Manager - Ads Measurement

As the Product Manager for Ads Measurement you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for extending and building new 1P measurement products to tell the narrative of the advertising value Pinterest is providing to advertisers.

What you’ll do:

• Work with user research data scientists and the sales team to develop a deep customer understanding.

• Lead a cross functional team to define the product strategy and roadmap for ads measurement focusing on first party methods.

• Develop clear product requirements and work with engineering design data analytics product marketing research teams and other product teams to deliver customer impact.

• Communicate your strategy upward and outward internally to ensure you have the support and comprehension you need to be successful.

• Make difficult trade-off decisions to ensure the team is working on the most impactful areas.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years product management or related experience with some previous experience in the digital ads space.

• Ads measurement experience is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and workflows.

• Great business judgment ability to influence others with strong analytical thinking.

• Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
