Position Summary

As a Homecare Homebase Senior Product Manager, you are on the front lines with customers. Your blend of business and technical savvy, understanding of industry trends and drive to execute makes you successful.

You are responsible developing and evangelizing the strategy that will help your products deliver on the company mission and vision. This includes collaboration with internal and external customers, overseeing innovative, high value initiatives from inception to adoption, and ensuring smooth communication among your peer product management teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating decisions related to product roadmap, product launch, pricing, analyzing win/loss data, competitive landscape, product profitability, customer satisfaction, and feature requirements for the HCHB Platform
  • Management of product line's tactical planning and execution by product owners
  • Ability to successfully communicate with a variety of constituencies: customers, consultants, vendors partners, client advisory groups and internal stakeholders
  • Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
  • Advocate for the cross-product vision for the HCHB Platform
  • Develop and maintain an effectively prioritized product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the UX team to develop mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
  • Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars


Requirements
  • 5+ years of software marketing/product management experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to execute on business objectives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Proven ability to identify problems and lead teams to successfully delivered solutions
  • Demonstrated clarity in verbal and written communication
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
  • Citizenship: This position does not provide sponsorship. All applicants should either be US Citizens or Permanent Residents eligible to work in the US without immigration restrictions.


Preferred
  • Home Health, Hospice/Palliative experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with Data Management and Data Governance processes preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with Healthcare transactions standards and core data sets (FHIR, CCD, ICD9/10, HL7, RXNORM/NDC, SNOMED/LOINC/MEDCIN,) preferred
