Sr. Product Manager, Digital Owners Experience

Role: Winnebago is transforming the customer experience, elevating the ownership experience through new products and services. The Sr. Product Manager, Digital Owners Experience is responsible for the delivery of the ownership experience vision, translating it into business processes of planning, developing, testing, and delivering new features and enhancements to Winnebago digital properties, including mobile applications.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who manages diverse teams to deliver in an autonomous fashion. This high-visibility position requires sound decision-making capabilities to deliver solutions and programs that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible - all while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand the end-to-end customer journey and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations across channels, devices and personas
- Responsible for the delivery of the vision of specific areas of the Winnebago Owner's experience and mobile app. Driving the business process of planning, developing, testing, and delivering new features and enhancements to Winnebago properties.
- Business liaison collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, define, and design consumer solutions to improve the customer experience and partner with functional IS to develop and deliver technical solutions to drive business results.
- Own the execution of a comprehensive portion of the Winnebago Owner's mobile application. Identify lead growth opportunities and ways to enhance our owner's experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and measure success with products/features.
- Lead key owner's experience project prioritized as part of the overall Connected Customer roadmap.
- Coordinate with technical architects to enable the delivery of the product and features.
- Make data-driven decisions, leveraging web analytics and customer feedback to optimize mobile and web channels.
- Build, refine, and maintain a roadmap of value-driven products/features. Own the prioritization within your roadmap and story backlog.
- Create compelling business cases for products/features to ensure business value, benefits, and KPIs are well-defined.
- Analyze and communicate product/feature performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Test and evaluate the effectiveness of products/features; refine as part of a continuous improvement process.
- Communicate, present, and influence effectively to all levels of the organization
- Act as Product Owner on the Agile Team, responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree.
Relevant Work Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience managing various aspects of digital product management including developing and deploying innovative solutions for Websites, eCommerce, mobile, and other digital channels.
Additional
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to evaluate current performance and identify gaps in product offerings.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience applying an understanding of mobile technology fundamentals.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, developing business use cases, and/or strategic planning.
- Experience maintaining product ownership and providing support for features and enhancements, post-go-live.
- Prior experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).
