Sr. Product Manager, Growth Hacker
Job Description
Nomad Health has experienced dramatic growth in the last few years, and we are searching for a dedicated growth hacker to unlock the vast potential of our business for our users. In this role, you will work with teams across Nomad to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business to accelerate even further. You will be a part of the Product organization, but will closely partner with key stakeholders across the company to discover, define, coordinate, and drive efforts to optimize critical business metrics across Nomad’s business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base. Your efforts are greatly anticipated and your results will be key in helping Nomad reach even greater heights.
Responsibilities
- You will discover, develop, and execute strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users across the entire conversion funnel.
- You will establish key growth performance indicators and implement tracking systems and tools
- This role will require you to roll up your sleeves across digital marketing, A/B testing and cohort analysis, and customer discovery
- Run A/B tests and cohort analyses, helping us inform our marketing, business and product decisions with data, and get excited about conversion rate optimization
- Build durable, repeatable systems which uplevel how Nomad approaches Growth-related efforts
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Product, Product Marketing, business management, or similar.
- 5+ years in product-centric growth efforts, demand generation, or performance marketing with both B2B and B2C SaaS products
- A demonstrated strong bias towards action, and an outcome-oriented mindset.
- Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- You get excited about rapid experimentation around pipelines, SEO, and other factors that drive conversion
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, SQL querying and dashboarding
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience implementing or working with marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
