Sr. Product Manager, Identity Protection (Remote)

About the Role:
The Identity Protection team is seeking a Product Manager who is technical, collaborative, and brings cloud, API and cyber security knowledge with a background in protecting and understanding identities of all types. In this role, you bring your in-depth knowledge of identity and security to help us deliver products that focus on helping customers achieve Zero-Trust framework on a single platform. You will work closely with partners, sales, support, engineering, and other product managers to deliver a compelling offer. The successful candidate will have the ability to interface and influence cross-functional teams throughout the company.
What You'll Do:
- Align areas of responsibility to fit corporate vision and strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert for API integrations
- Connect with customers, business and technology partners to get their inputs and validate plans
- Lead early adoption engagements with select customers and partners (Alpha and Beta)
- Engage with sales engineers and services to champion recent releases and guide future product direction
- Conduct customer facing document
- Support marketing team on product positioning and field enablement activities
- Support GOV cloud efforts (must be a US citizen and meet all requirements)
- Work directly with development teams on planning and prioritization to deliver mature quality features and products on time
- Continuously analyze key business success criteria of product usage and adoption to improve it
- This position will eventually require up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide
What You'll Need:
- Must be a US citizen and meet all requirements to work with GOV cloud and agencies
- Minimum 5 years of cyber security experience in field roles dealing with customers and technology partners (customer success, TAM, sales engineer or similar)
- Proven record of success
- Can hit the ground running requiring minimal guidance
- Multitask and focus on multiple efforts at a time
- Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
- Communicator! Skilled both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
- Lead cross teams projects
- Strong quantitative and business analysis ability
- Can prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively with remote teams
- Background in Identity space or Identity protection an advantage

- Practical product management experience at software development company

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $130,000 - $205,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
